Description

The Sr. Training Consultant provides direction, consultation and support to managers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and other employees on learning and development. The Sr. Training Consultant is responsible for conducting needs assessments and feasibility / cost benefit analyses and recommending effective solutions. Leads and provides guidance to clients in the development and implementation of learning solutions. Coordinates, implements, evaluates and the instructional design and development of complex curricula and systems for training.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of human resource, instructional systems design, and curriculum design and implementation. Knowledge of advanced training technologies and methodologies and skill in selecting and applying them to solve learning issues. Ability to consult with clients to identify solutions to meet business needs. Strong knowledge in managing and developing business curricula. Other necessary skills and competencies include: management competencies, organizational development, strategic planning, business acumen, technical savvy, consultation, analytical thinking, business partnerships, network building, global perspective, planning and organizing, project management, process improvement. Masters degree in education, instructional systems design, adult learning, or related field preferred. Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of training experience.
