Document Center Rep I(Job Number: 1012318)

Open, sort and batch large volume of incoming mail. Research documents for clients and vendors. Scan and archive late/early documents for individual clients. Log all documents archived in the metrics and scan folders. Monitor the flow of documents being scanned. Conduct Quality Control checks for all documents being scanned. Preparing and retrieval of record storage boxes for off site storage. Working knowledge of at least two workstations within the document center. File client documents.

Requires 1 - 2 years experience. Hand-eye coordination. Deals with specific/routine problems. Typically relies on team expertise for assistance. Most tasks, activities and deadlines are planned by others. Gathers information from limited pre-defined sources. Works under immediate supervision. Operates within well defined policies. Must be able to lift 25 - 35 lb boxes. Must be able to climb a ladder.
